The Dr. Was great, she listened. Quick as well. Providerdk if I have the right diagnosis yet as I'm still having the problem, but she did what any Dr would do first. She was able to test for a uti and send off a culture, which is what I'm waiting to hear about. Went well and her knowledge was great for what my symptoms are. Definitely would go back. I wish she had her own practice.
Always quick and courteous
Both nurses I met with were very courteous. Just need educated on how to handle DOT Physicals for people that require a Skill Performance Evaluation Certificate.
The nurse practitioner was very competent and courteous.
Quick diagnosis and quickly improved with prescribed medication!
The visit was exceptional but the follow-up didn’t happen as promised. I was to get a call if my labs came back abnormal. They did and I haven’t been able to reach anyone. I was to get a call on Friday and it is Sunday - still trying to reach someone. I have to hope someone cares enough to contact me if needed. Unsettling for sure
It was a great experience. The Dr took me right in and was thorough. I will definitely use the clinic again.
Prompt and courteous
I went in because I was coughing, running a fever and had cold chills. I told her I was worried I might have bronchitis or pneumonia. She said she could test me for the flu and it would be to early to test for COVID. The flu test came back negative. So she said it's probably an upper respiratory infection. I asked if I would get antibiotics, she said no it's viral. She suggested Providercinex blue over the counter, a nasal decongestant, she offered an inhaler and ordered a cough pill for night time. She didn't look up my nose, in my ears or in my throat. I didn't feel like she was taking the time to figure out why I was sick. I was there on a Tuesday, by Friday I felt 100 times worse. I went to a different urgent care and was told I had the flu. That's why I gave the rating I did.
