I scheduled at 10:30 AM. There was another person with the same appointment, so one of us had to wait. Were there supposed to be two service providers working that day and one called off? Why would your system allow two appointments to be scheduled at the same time?
The store was clean and pleasant. My appointment was right on time and the NP couldn’t have been more helpful.
I love the CVS Minute Clinic. It is fast and easy as compared to urgent care or trying to get into my family doctor especially when I have a cold/flu etc symptoms and need quick relief to be able to get back to my life. The Clinic is clean, my appointments are always on time and the health care giver is thorough and helpful. If I need medication it is filled right at the pharmacy on the premises. I recommend the CVS Minute Clinic to everyone I know.
my ear problem was taken care of very efficiently didn't have any problems after the cleaning. Didn't wait long . I do feel your check-in could be easier. it requires to many steps some of the information requested made me feel hesitate to respond. I would definitely use this service again

Minute clinic is always nice for when I have an illness that I’d like to be resolved quickly. I can always get in and out fast, the doctors are always nice and helpful.
