How would you rate the cleanliness and appearance of our clinic?

I felt that I was carefully listened to and shown respect.

Definitely would recommend either Nurse or Nurse. I have been feeling ill for a week and was in the see Nurse on Wednesday and she ran some tests when I still wasn’t feeling better made another appt on Saturday and had Nurse who not only reran the test but sent out a lab test. Very professional and worried about me as a person.

I felt health matters were explained in a way that was easy to understand (i.e., after-visit care, taking medications, addressing my health problems or concerns).
