The lady seemed new she didn't know how to work the system. She really hurt my ears when she checked them if she went any further probably would of ruptured an ear drum

Process was very easy. Able to book an online appointment and had a short wait at the clinic. The NP was very professional and pleasant. I had been there the week before with my daughter and she remembered seeing me before. She listened to my concerns and she ordered me several medications including an antibiotic, steroids, inhaler and cough medication. The scripts were sent over to the pharmacy and they were ready in about 5 minutes.

The nurse was very nice and we didn’t have to wait.

I walked in to the MinuteClinic in Cranberry Township on Freedom Road about 45 minutes before closing time. The nurse, I think her name was The Provider (?) helped me register. I explained that I didn’t have an appointment and I thought that I could just walk in. I believe that normally would’ve been OK but they were getting ready to close soon. She said that she had an appointment any minute and if they didn’t show up, she would try to see me, since it was about to close.The person did show up for their appointment, but she was kind enough to see me anyway, even though it would cause her to stay past closing time. She was wonderful and explained everything to me thoroughly. She didn’t rush me at all and gave me a prescription and I had it filled at the CVS pharmacy counter. It was filled quickly and I was on my way home. I had a great experience. I think I’m going to switch my pharmacy to CVS and I will definitely go to the MinuteClinic in the future and I hope that I get the same nurse next time.
