Clinician was thorough & understanding and took time to record my symptoms, recommend treatment and give tips on prevention. I received a follow-up call with test results and to check in on my symptoms and was told to call if my pain returned. It was the ideal experience.
My practitioner was very knowledgeable and efficient. Very personable and immediately made me feel comfortable.
This is my new go to. Great staff and experience
I have seen several providers over the years and they’ve all been great. Do notice a lot of turnover though so it’s concerning they are probably not treated very well.

NP was fantastic.
I cant book appointment in my CVS app. I went to the clinic knowing that you accept walk-in however it was not mentioned that DOT-physical needs appointment. so I booked from the counter. then i need again my app to sign in and put in my debit/credit card. in which i didn't use for that appointment. as I pay using the actual card after the visit... in short try to simplify the process, ditch the app if needed as it wasn't helpful in my case. Hopefully next time we can just sign in from the counter since we are already in site.

I walked in to the MinuteClinic in Cranberry Township on Freedom Road about 45 minutes before closing time. The nurse, I think her name was The Provider (?) helped me register. I explained that I didn’t have an appointment and I thought that I could just walk in. I believe that normally would’ve been OK but they were getting ready to close soon. She said that she had an appointment any minute and if they didn’t show up, she would try to see me, since it was about to close.The person did show up for their appointment, but she was kind enough to see me anyway, even though it would cause her to stay past closing time. She was wonderful and explained everything to me thoroughly. She didn’t rush me at all and gave me a prescription and I had it filled at the CVS pharmacy counter. It was filled quickly and I was on my way home. I had a great experience. I think I’m going to switch my pharmacy to CVS and I will definitely go to the MinuteClinic in the future and I hope that I get the same nurse next time.
