The nurse practitioner was extremely thorough! I know my son wouldn't have gotten that type of treatment at his primary care office. Wish I could have her as our primary care doctor.

i was not treated for my ear infection,told to go to urgent care instead related to the provider saying the appropriate supplies weren’t available (ear wicks). i called the urgent care she referred me too and they said didn’t have the ear wicks either and i would have to pay for this service with no actual care given a second time.Something doesn’t seem right about this process as I was in pain and left with no resolution and the potential of more more cost.
They did an awesome job...they were very thorough and ruled out everything possible...they actually listened to what I was describing during the evaluation.I think the practioner did a better job than what my primary care doctor would of done!!!...very thorough!

Was seen right away. The doctor was very knowledgeable and explained things. Overall a very pleasant experience.
The lady was nice and seemed to solve my ear problem with the pressure washing. The negatives are frustration with trying to fill out the online documents, then getting there and having to answer MORE questions. Why weren't allergies, medications and surgical history asked with all those pre-papers? I thought "MINUTEClinic" would be quick! I also don't know how much that visit was going to cost as a price list was hard to find online. It'll be a surprise when I get the bill, so that's frustrating, but I needed assistance so I'll have to pay whatever. It would have been nice to know ahead of time for budget planning purposes.
