The nurse practitioner was very helpful. She answered my questions and made me feel at ease. Plus the medicine I needed was available at the same location. Being from out of town, I didn't know the area that well and appreciated the convenience.

The setting was clean and bright. The last CVs I was at for a vaccination used a renovated closet for that purpose. Nice contrast at this clinic that was built For the purpose. The NP was very professional and the whole process was easy and quick.

I went in for a sore throat. The person started to do tests without even telling me what they were testing for (let alone asking to be tested). She said she would do a nose swab for the test and when I asked what the test was for she said covid and strep (I expected to be tested for strep). Had I know she would be testing for covid, I would have opted out because I was certain it wasn't (the test was negative) and I'm sure that cost extra money. When both strep and covid came back, the only explanation the person had was allergies. It was a long time into the visit before the practitioner even looked at my throat, and even then it was only for a brief 2 seconds while swabing for strep test so I'm certain they didn't really look. If the practitioner has only potential options of covid or allergies, I won't be going back.

The Cranberry Minute Clinic was amazing! I was seen as soon as I walked in. Both the nurse and nurse practitioner were kind and knowledgeable. I was able to get the help I needed quickly. It was a great experience!

The initial visit was great the nurse and practitioner were friendly and helpful But then after visit I was prescribed medication asked my preferred pharmacy I said Costco Waited a while went to get script nothing called in Went home called cvs yes your script was sent to cvs pharmacy went to cvs pharmacy no script called in well where is it minute clinic was closed had other appointment ( I live in Beaver ) so it's a drive back and forth Called minute clinic got the base call center Can you transfer me to the cranberry clinic no was the answer can you give me the number to cranberry minute clinic .. they don't have a number don't answer calls here it is 3 days later my throat hurting more and more and still no response from cvs or minute clinic As you can imagine I am not a happy person !!!!! What's the problem no one seems to know !! Meanwhile I'm suffering with throat pain would love to talk to someone in charge to voice my complaint !!!!

The staff were so kind and comforting. They were thorough in the questions as well as their assessment. I received quick, convenient, and compassionate care. I required an antibiotic and this was provided to me within minutes of their diagnosis. I am grateful so grateful for their service.

It took me more than an hour to get the vaccine. The provider had entered my birth date wrong because of which my insurance did not go through either. It seemed there are not well equipped/trained to do this work which can be easily taken care of by the pharmacist. Minute clinic should not be catering to simple vaccine procedures. It's a waste of resources and precious time of the patient.

Went in for sinus infection because I had heavy congestion, pressure and pain in my face, migraine, sore throat that felt swollen and slight cough w/ goopy mucus, for about 5 days at that point and I could feel it getting worse. Was hoping to get antibiotics so that my symptoms wouldn't get worse and keep me from functioning. I told the care provider I caught it from my son who had it recently. She told me sinus infections aren't contagious (even though I've been told that by medical staff for years). Then she insisted I had allergies, that she wasn't prescribing anything for me, to go home and get on an allergy regimen and that she would bill my card on file. I was floored! I've suffered from sinus infections for decades about once a year. I know my body and I know what symptoms I get. That was completely disregarded. I went home and within a few hours I started running a fever, and was completely wiped out. That appointment was 4 days ago and I am not any better but worse and haven't been able to leave my house or do anything for my kids. To note: this was after the last couple ill-advised appointments with my children which I will not get into on this survey. I gave them multiple chances, and I believe the care provider isn't experienced. I will be seeking other medical care options in the area from now on.

I came in after being sick for a week, with what definitely was a sinus infection. No I am not a doctor, but I know my body... I have had MANY and have them frequently. I felt that I was completely disregarded into it just being allergies. If it was just allergies, my usual allergy medicine would have helped. It was not allergies, I was SICK. So instead I was sent home with some booster meds to help the allergies, I have had no relief from it.
