Both the nurse and NP were very kind and helpful and truly made me feel like they cared.
The nurse who did get my information was great, but the nurse practitioner not so much.
I never got a receipt of my results nor are they in the portal.
Friendly, quick, helpful and knowledgeable
I had the best experience! I had a sore throat and wanted a rapid strep throat test. I went to the Collegeville, PA store, waited less than 10 minutes and was greeted by a friendly clinician. She was able to perform the rapid strep test right away and give me my results. She also addressed a different health concern that I mentioned and helped me feel better. My health insurance was accepted with no issues. I went home and told my husband that it was the best doctors appointment that I’ve had in a very long time!
The NP was great. She listened and recommended treatment based on symptoms. She was personable and showed empathy. The nurse on the other hand was judgmental and kept interrupting me as I tried to explain my son’s symptoms, therefore, continued to ask questions to information that I already shared.
Got in and out of appointment quickly. Nurse was outside office to confirm my appointment.

The first nurse who checked me in was very nice. The nurse practitioner I saw about my issue was rude and made me feel stupid.
