Scheduled visit online, easy and saw provider within 15 minutes after checking in.

Easy to access and have an urgent need looked at. Wait time for urgent care was long though. It felt like they were short staffed while sitting in the waiting area waiting to be seen.

I scheduled an appointment 3 days prior. I confirmed multiple times. I didn't see the provider until 50 minutes after my scheduled time. I confirmed an hour before my appointment. I should have been notified of the delay.

The Provider is professional and knowledgable.

I will never use Minute clinic ever again. The experience that I had was horrible! this NP did not go above and beyond. In fact, would not even try to attempt to help me. But push it off on to my primary care of which I had mentioned my primary care does not offer wax removal! she was very rough! will not be returning and I will not be speaking highly of CVS in any way, shape or form

The nurse was kind and personable, Providerp was rude. I told her my symptoms and she went to feel press on my face and before she got to a certain point I said yes all that hurts, she responded with “how do you know I have not touched it yet” I said I have have many sinus infections in 46 years and I touch my fave daily enough to know it hurts. She then looked in my ears and said she cant tell of I have an ear infection because I have so much wax. If she is on again Id reschedule my appt.

Scheduling was easy with multiple available times to choose from. The check in process was eay, the facility clean and clinicians were prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. The prescriptions needed were filled quickly, as well.

I recently used the Minute Clinic for weight loss support. The NP was very empathetic and patient as I explained my situation and what I had done in the past. He explained in detail what could be offered and provided very relevant information on the suggested medication, including current cost, the CVS Health Weight Management program, prior authorization process and follow up tasks that would be involved. I would recommend this NP to anyone looking for healthcare services. Also, the store, waiting area and visit rooms were very clean and sanitary. This put me at ease considering we are still in cold and flu season. Overall I am highly satisfied with my experiences here.

The Minute clinic staff are extremely supportive, polite and professional.
