While at my appointment, I remembered I needed a refill on a very basic med I take. Practically OTC. I asked the NP if she could assist me with that as well. She told me she could not given the fact CVS only allows her 10 minutes for our appointment. I would need to leave and schedule another appointment. I also mentioned I had an issue removing my old insurance and wanted to be sure they wouldn't be billed, which also clearly annoyed her, seemingly due to the ten minute rule. Not cool. Also, the lady ahead of me was DEF there for more than 10 minutes while I waited well past my appointment time.

courteous, professional treatment provided in an efficient manner
Everyone was nice but the nurse, was I guess overly nice because she just would not stop talking and my blood pressure was high and that's not unusual but usually the second time it goes right down but she was being goofy and silly and I think trying to help me relax but all that type of personality does for me is irritate me and so my blood pressure did not go down very much. The doctor was very professional but I didn't feel like I had a really good understanding of what was going on with me. So it was good they did what I needed them to do, but it could have been better.

I went to this MinuteClinic location for an appointment with the WeightLoss program since I started online but since my insurance doesn’t cover online appointments, I wanted to go in person instead and I was led to believe by CVS that all providers were fully trained on the program. It became evident that was not the case with the provider and that is no fault of her own. CVS should not offer the WeightLoss program at all locations when everyone is not prepared and fully knowledgeable of the program and medications. When I did the online appointment, I felt supported and like I could ask questions and get actual answers and was never told I don’t know and I’m not sure.
