The whole experience was not what I expected. Making the appointment was simple, my wait time was reasonable and the doctor as so nice and professional. I’d go back again without any reservations.
The PA at the HV clinic is very professional and thorough
Service was efficient, thorough, and pleasant.
The Provider, NP was friendly and put me at ease immediately. Her examination was thorough, answering all my questions all the while being gentle and kind. She was patient with my mobility, processing and hearing issues. She repeated steps of the examination to make note of any changes. She sent in two prescriptions for me and then accompanied me into the store to point out various OTC products she thought might help with my symptoms. My wait time was around five minutes and I was on my way out the door in about thirty minutes. Thank you for providing such a convenient and professional service.
Experience was good. Better than waiting 5 days to see my Primary. Will likely go to CVS again since I knew what I had and would have had to come here anyway for the prescription. Please provide a tissue box in the waiting area!
The service was very good except for a delay (my appointment was at 9 am but i had to wait until 9:40 to get in).

The medication seems to be helping. OTC medication just wasn’t working. After a few days, I knew I needed to come in.
