My experience was great. I will know more in about 7 days after taking the meds prescribed. The nurse was professional while having a friendly attitude toward my symptoms. I appreciate the time she took listening to my concerns. The PA was also very professional while having a concern that I have had my symptoms for the length of time I have had them. I appreciate her careful exam before making a diagnosis. Her diagnosis made sense to me, and I have hope that the meds will work within the 7 days. Thank you to both of the medical professionals I was able to see.

CVS clinic did a Covid test and Flu test but they would not give me anything for my cough and congestion that I Had!! They said it had to run it’s course.If I would have known that I would not have wasted my time.I purchased over the counter Meds till I saw they wasn’t working. Today is Monday I got an appointment with my regular Dr. I received an antibiotic and Cough Medicine today. Will not be back to CVS Clinic anytime soon!!

The NP who saw me, her name was The Provider was not personable at all. I felt as though she would have rather been anywhere than in a position to actually help someone who was sick.

I have no medical insurance so I had to pay cash. Your prices were too expensive for a two minute visit and I will not be using your minute clinic again. Even atrium health offers a discount if uninsured and paying cash.

I received excellent care at the Minute Clinic yesterday, as I usually and why I never hesitate to return. However, I have to tell you that I was very disappointed on Friday, when I scheduled a Minute Clinic appointment, received a confirmation code and then a message a short time before my appointment was scheduled to head to CVS in order to be on time. I did that, arrived at the store at 10:40am for my 11am appointment to find a few customers standing outside the entrance trying to figure out why the store was locked and appeared to be empty. I waited a couple of minutes as well, simply trying to see if I had received another message that cancelled my appointment or notifying me why the store was shut down, when a Minute Clinic Nurse walked out the door. I asked her if they were reopening and she told me that the internet connection was down and they were sending everyone home. She had no idea why they didn't put a sign up to at least notify anyone showing up. That would have been the considerate thing to do. I understood why no message came through, the internet was down, but there was no reason someone, a manager perhaps, could have stayed outside the entrance to notify anyone who came about what was going on. A simple sign would have done it as well.
