I was grateful for the call from CVS reminding me that it was time for my COVID booster. I got in the same day. It was fast and smooth.
She was the best, I wish she was my regular doctor.
I did not have an appointment, but the staff was very friendly and helpful. I was in and out within 15 minutes.

I felt like I needed to suggest tests I may need (and not need) to the clinician. I also made the mistake of mentioning the reason for my seeking treatment was related to my mothers recent death as the clinician then wanted to know her cause of death and whether there was an estate to be settled. Why is that relevant to my care? She also asked if my use of Ozempic was related to weight loss or diabetes. As she is not my PCP, how is this related to my sore throat and ear pain?
It was all good. Doctor was great.

I made an appointment for Minute Clinic Wesley Chapel and drove to the CVS in Wesley Chapel. When I arrived and could not find the clinic, I asked and was told that the Wesley Chapel clinic was in the Sun Valley store. The clerk added that this happened all the time. The Minute Clinic verified this to be the case. Please update the name to reflect the correct location of the Minute Clinic. You closed the Monroe clinic, so this confusion is very inconvenient and maddening for those of us who aren’t worthy to have a convenient Minute Clinic. Once I finally found the Minute Clinic, I had a great experience.

Your app is not user friendly. The PA was great but your app is not and needs attention. The lady that was there at the same time had issues too. It told both us to head to CVS that there was zero in line waiting. Then we were told to come back a couple hours later.
