Very professional very knowledgeable very personable
I was seen quickly and was prescribed a medication for Thrush, which i opted to have filled in store. I was totally dissatisfied with the pharmacy staff though. I'm visually impaired and it's difficult for me to read screens, and credit/debit card machines etc. I was told to enter jn all my info on a screen when I reached the counter and it was difficult to do so. Next I informed the person ringing me up that I have new insurance and handed her my I ns. card, to which I was told she doesn't do that, she told me I had to go to the drop off register and have them enter my new info. This was after waiting in line for 15 mins. Once I was at the drop off counter the man that entered in my new insurance info informed me it wasn't active until 05/01/26. This is incorrect. Its currently active and I confirmed this with my provider before I went to the minute clinic/pharmacy. He told me that's what the system is telling him, I can pay cash price or take my prescription elsewhere. I chose to pay the cash price there. When I tried to pay for it he told me that he doesn't do that, to please get back in line and wait for the technician at Puck UP to do that. The line was 8 ppl deep and I had already stood in that line for too long the first time. Customer scc was a ZERO for the pharmacy staff. I want to be reimbursed the money I spent out of pocket that day please
APRN's were very polite, professional and engaging. They listened and asked pertinent questions. I was really pleased with their care.
The practitioner was nice and helpful.
Loved my NP
Great customer service
I had a sore throat and chest congestion. The nurse did not look in my throat or ears. She did not listen to my chest or breathing. She just said it was viral. She stated I should take otc meds. I insisted she do a swab for Providervid and flu. She did. Waste of my time
The nurse practitioner I saw was so calm, kind, and friendly. She really helped put me at ease.
I was sick. I got an appointment, was seen in a timely manner. Treated fairly with respect and dignity. All staff was professional. I received a diagnosis and a persciption. I am now well and will visit this clinic again without hesitation in the event that im ever sick again. Thank you.
