"The nurse practitioner was fantastic. She listened and answered questions. The NP was not as attentive. While waiting in the seating area after seeing the nurse, the NP’s door opened and someone came out. Immediately, the NP called us in and she didn’t wash her hands, sanitize, or anything. Not that we saw. The door opened, she was sitting down, a person walked out and we were called in. I do not recall seeing the NP wash hands or use sanitizer before examining my child. I could be mistaken though. The was abrasive and we felt as if we were bothering her by being there. "

"I was a walk in and the person who greeted me guided me thru the process of making an appointment but said someone could see me if I was willing to wait. It was 11:00 am and I made an appointment for 5:00 pm. It meant I would would have to drive back later that day. However, the people at the clinic knew I was waiting and after seeing their patients fit me in. I waited 10 minutes. It was a wonderful and friendly experience. The medical professionals looked me over and gave me a prescription for my ailment. I was so impressed and would NOT hesitate to come back again."
