I like how easy it is to schedule an appointment on the app as well as the efficiency and privacy of the care you receive.
It was good. Stopped because I knew what I needed for a sinus infection and pink eye and I was traveling so needed to nip it in the bud quickly. The NP at this minute clinic said I should wait for a few days and visit my own doc if not better. What? The reason I stopped at a minute clinic 1000 miles from my home was to get ahead of it. I’m not going to pay $160 for a visit with no resolution or outcome. She did agree to do what I needed and I totally appreciate that but I also feel Like docs and nurses don’t really listen to people who know their own bodies and know what they need to be well. I got the prescription i needed and was already 10 times better within the first 24 hours. Thanks! I appreciate that there is a way to get walk in, professional care in a great setting - even that far away from Home. Thanks for that too!
The NP was very friendly. I was in and out. Everything was explained very clearly.
I love CVS, but the doctor was not warm and welcoming like I use to when I visit CVS.
