I appreciate being listened to for billing purposes. It was important the way billing was coded and I was appreciative that I was listening to and it was coded appropriately.
Was able to schedule easily, seen within five minutes of arrival and The Provider was very professional.
The Nurse (?) or (DR) doesn't matter she knew what she was diagnosing', the medications I needed and many hints on applying them to the task at hand. She was delightful, comfortable and carrying.
The healthcare provider was amazing- she was understanding, helpful, compassionate, caring, etc. I was concerned about the price of my visit so she walked me through the cheapest option and provided amazing treatment options for me. I really enjoyed her service because it made me feel comfortable and taken care of.
The provider I saw and the care I was given was excellent. She explored multiple potential reasons for my illness and gave me all the testing needed. My only complaint is that the covid test machine was down and I did think I needed a covid test so I had to take one at home instead. Appointment ran on time but did take a long time due to the wait for test results.
Incredible service & care from The Provider!
The Provider is amazing! We only get to see her for a few minutes but she’s detailed and welcoming! Can’t imagine the workload being that it is just her, but she always makes our experience a breeze! On another note; Can’t believe the sports physicals increased $20 bucks.
The nurse practitioner I saw was by far the best one I have ever had at any urgent care. She cared listened and had amazing by bedside manner. She really helped me out.
Pleasant, efficient service from a knowledgeable professional. Very impressed.
