The Nurse Practitioner The Provider was so friendly, helpful and professional.

The office visit was on time and efficient. We left with a clear plan of treatment and felt that all our needs were met.

I was misdiagnosed with TMJ. I understand that care is limited at the clinic but as my ear pain continually got worse, I went to the ER where I was diagnosed with cancer in my lymph nodes.

The physician was extremely polite and very supportive in a difficult time. I greatly appreciated her comfort and knowledge.

The nurse was very cool about everything and helped me after the last patient was finished, even though I was 20+ minutes early.

I came in for my employee preventive care screening to avoid a surcharge on my health care plan, only to be charged for this screening. Not only is it supposed to be free, I have met my out-of-pocket maximum for the plan year. Thus it should be free anyway. I tried calling the phone number listed below (866-389-2727), and it wouldn’t connect me with anyone.

It was very easy to schedule my vaccine on the CVS app, choose a date and time and receive texts/emails to check in to my appointment

Clinician was excellent!

The provider saw me quickly and was courteous and knowledgable about my visit for COVID-19 testing. Although I had an estimated wait time of 30 minutes, with several people electronically checked-in ahead of me, the provider promptly saw me as I was the only individual waiting to be seen. I appreciated this service as I was feeling ill and wanted to return to home to rest as quickly as possible.

My practitioner was very understanding and very knowledgeable when I had questions. She made me feel very comfortable with my all around care.
