Very friendly service. Attentive to my questions and showed great understanding of my conditions.

NP did a great, professional job of ear wax removal
I went to the clinic for a rapid strep test. It was negative, which was great, but then I had to see the Doctor, which I thought was a waste of time since I got the information I came for and he could do nothing anyway, but it felt like I had to just so you all could collect money for that service. There was no service offered since there was nothing he could do for me. I did not need a prescription, nor did he have anything to offer since my test was negative. It felt like a racket as well as a waste of my time and money and his time as well. Felt forced, was totally unnecesary.

Service was quick and signing in was simple. Providera was pleasant, knowledgeable and thorough. Even though I was just there for an ankle wound, she took my blood pressure, oxygen level, and listened to my heart! She also checked out my medicines and medical history. Then she helped me choose the right bandages for my wound and ordered an antibiotic ointment. She called later in the day to explain more about dressing the wound. What more could I have asked for?
