The NP was so friendly and knowledgeable. She made the experience so nice. I brought my mother in for ear wax removal. The NP explained every step and was thorough with the process.

NP did a great, professional job of ear wax removal
I went to the clinic for a rapid strep test. It was negative, which was great, but then I had to see the Doctor, which I thought was a waste of time since I got the information I came for and he could do nothing anyway, but it felt like I had to just so you all could collect money for that service. There was no service offered since there was nothing he could do for me. I did not need a prescription, nor did he have anything to offer since my test was negative. It felt like a racket as well as a waste of my time and money and his time as well. Felt forced, was totally unnecesary.

The young man who was the nurse practitioner (done remember his name) was very friendly, proficient, and quick! Great way to get your ears cleaned!!
Provideri is an excellent physician! He was attentive and professional in every way. I happen to have just seen my primary care physician a couple of weeks ago before this unexpected weekend emergency. I was amazed that Provideri was more thorough in reviewing my overall health history that my own family doctor who has treated me for years. He called me again shortly after my visit to review my diagnosis and confirm my treatment plan. I felt as comfortable with him and confident of his care as any physician I have ever seen. He is a nice man and an asset to our Stone Oak community.
