I was seen promptly and my prescription was ready within 10 minutes
Waste of my time
The NP took care of all of the vaccines and tests that I needed and even offered to do a test that I couldn't figure out how to add on to the service so that I wouldn't have to come back for a second visit. It was a seamless process.
Attendant Dr.? at CVS said I was sent to a clinic because Dr's office didn't want to deal with my issue. I was recommended for Providerrine specimen as nurse on phone knew I have history of UTSs. She wanted to give me meds if I needed some as I wasn't feeling well and recent history of UTIs. Also, holiday was coming up and she wanted me to have care. However CVS Minute Clinic individual said my test results wouldn't be back for days. My Dr's office (nurse) thought test results would be immediate. I will never return to CVS Minute Clinic for care again.

Excellent experience with nurse and PA. Kind, thorough and professional
The service provided was great. Very Fast, Very Accurate, diaganosed and prescription filled with in 30 minutes. However the PA that was seeing me, could have been more friendly. He was not rude, just could have been more friendly.
My practitioner was very kind, patient and explained to me what I should do to feel better.
I was diagnosed with an ear infection (without being told) and tested positive for covid. The Provider wrote script for covid meds that doesn't treat ear infections. He charged my card and sent notes 4 hours after visit. When reading it stated I had the ear infection. When I woke up the next day my ear had gotten worse. I called the customer service number and they confirmed he noted I has the ear infection and did not call in meds. They called me the next day and said they wouldn't call in a script unless I came back in and paid more money despite it being diagnosed during my initial visit. I plan to escalate further because this treatment is not okay and seems fraudulent.

Great experience except the online scheduling didn't work. Did get an appointment and local staff got us in. So much for automated system. Call ahead to actually get an appointment.
