I scheduled an appointment at 10:40 and was not seen until almost an hour past my appointment time. The provider was very nice and thorough and she was working as quickly as she could without making patients feel rushed and like just another number. But the reality is the appointments were booked too close together for her to effectively manage all of them on her own. my situation was pretty clear and easy to take care of and it still took more than the 10 minutes that was allowed for one appointment. the appointment times should be longer to allow the provider to have the needed time to actually take care of all the things that need to be done, or more than one provider should be available. I would not schedule another appointment there without looking for other options first....i cant afford to take 3 hours off of work for an appointment that should have taken way less time.
I wasn’t feeling well and the nurse was patient and calm the entire time.
Right on time for my appointments, very friendly and efficient. I love coming here for my vaccines and other smaller health issues I may have.
Medical physician was very professional and we did not have to take long to do my daughter's physical.
The visit was fine, but the NP did not see any fluid in my ear and recommended that I go to Urgent Care/ER. I went to ER and they immediately saw that I had fluid in my ear. They went ahead and did CT scan and blood work too to rule out a tumor or stroke. Had the CVS NP noticed the fluid in my ear, I would not have a huge bill coming.
NP was great!
The service was fast and information was good. Treated with respect . I will return.
