Prompt care and friendly service.
Went in for ear issues and was told there was not enough time to provide the care I needed after waiting an hour for my appointment. Within 24 hours of leaving the clinic I then came down with a virus.
When I go into the clinic and I am not feeling good, after I have already completed all of your advanced online check-in requirements, the last thing I want to do is provide all of the SAME stuff in person (ID, insurance card, etc) that I ALREADY HAD to provide before I could even complete my online check-in process to the person getting me checked in, usually the NP on duty. That is a waste of MY time as well as HIS/HER time. Why can't that time be used to actually ASSESS and TREAT the reason why we came into the facility to begin with.
Very easy to do, close by and the nurse there was extremely kind and informative. She did great.
This visit was basically a waste of my time and money. The provider seemed clueless and lost and really had no idea how to diagnose my issues. She provided no value in helping me deal with my wheezing and heavy congestion. I will dispute this visit on all levels possible.
Was very simple and my needs were well taken care of in a timely manner.
Great timely help.
My Dr was wonderful! He was courteous and listened to my question and concerns. And he was very happy to help.
The pharmacist that helped me was awesome, and he let me know I can schedule a titer appointment that should be covered by insurance rather than the $400 I paid out of pocket at Quest last time. CVS minute clinic employees seem a lot more involved and informative than regular cvs pharmacy

While everyone I spoke to was very nice, I was charged $100 and did not actually get anything done. I scheduled a physical but also wanted to get a TB test, varicella titer, and a Hep C test for my college. They said they were unable to do my physical because they did not have all the equipment needed to fill out the form. They gave an order for blood work at Quest for the TB test, a Hep C test, and varicella titer but after looking at pricing, these tests were going to be insanely expensive so I am going somewhere else. That’s not the Minute Clinic’s fault but I thought for $100, someone would be able to help even a little. I went in for 4 things, got 0 done, and was charged $100 anyway. I will not be going back.
