she pushed the ear wax so far back into my ear it was hitting my eardrum. i spent over $250 on an ent visit to fix what she did to my ear
The nurse was very thorough and patient with me, and understanding. She helped me understand what to expect on my next appointment. It was a relief to know that she was trying to help with my symptoms I'd been having for a month now.

Wait time, half an hour past my appointment time without anyone coming to say it'll be this long bedore you are seen. Can't access wifi so stuck staring at the walls because you can't go far in case you're called back. Foreign doctor whose English was very hard to understand.

I met with The Provider-[...], NP and really enjoyed the visit. She answered all of my questions, no matter how big or small and made sure all questions felt welcomed. This was a follow-up visit to an unrelated provider for urgent care, and she was able to diagnose the problem more accurately and within 24 hours I had pain relief for the first time in two weeks.
