No waiting, check in easy, practitioner was very knowledgeable, professional and efficient.
I first made contact with the online system. The doctors over the next 3 days could not have been more helpful. 10 out 10 for that team. On the 2 day (Sunday) follow up with the doctors, I was advised to go to the clinic as the wound needed to be drained. I went to the clinic 40 before closing and was turned away. 3rd day Monday 9:00am appointment- I was told to give the antibiotics longer to work. TUE. In pain and frustration beyond words, back to the clinic finally drained. It's been 5 days since the clinic drained it. I have kept it clean and covered, it's still draining yellow stuff and I'm out of antibiotics. I wouldn't call this case closed yet. I am still concerned and believe I should have a second round of antibiotics until this clears... However, I'm no doctor. Feedback please!
always great in and out service. Scheduled on line and walked in 5 minutes before the appointment and was brought right in…so easy to get in and get need met. 100% will co time to use minute clinic. getting into primary i have to wait weeks.

My visit related to sinus issues
The nurse practitioner was great! She was just overwhelmed because she was by herself and behind on the workload. Maybe this is standard CVS policy to use a skeleton crew instead of paying for a proper staff. That's how the pharmacy is. There seems to be a pattern here. I hope the nurse practitioner quits and finds a better job somewhere else instead of working for you clowns.

Love going to cvs clinic unfortunately it was the second time i scheduled an appointment and i was not taken care of near that time. My appointment was at 12:10 and wasn’t called back till 12:45. I understand sometimes we are busy and a lot of walk in. But sometimes I schedule this appointment to go in fast and out to go to work and other appointments.
