The experience is great, but cvs should think about adding CareCredit as a payment. Providerun the NP I saw she is smart and nice and incredible, I walked in knowing that I already had strep throat. And Providerun she is great in giving advises on getting healthier, what needs and do not need in being healthy.

Was very impressed with being able to be fit in at the last minute as well as the provider. I am so impressed and I will come back

Firstly, I’ve always been a fan of the minute clinic always had great experiences and scored those experiences highly. I also recommended it many times for friends who needed a quick option for health needs. This recent experience was a complete 180. I was made to wait over 30 minutes for my appointment, the provider The Provider then told me she couldn’t give me the tests I needed based off a policy that I feel she used to either intentionally not help me or try to add on another service to bill my insurance. I’ve been to this exact location with a similar need and never was forced to have an additional exam that wasn’t needed. Previous providers (multiple different providers at least 3 other providers) explicitly explained what symptoms were needed for the extra exam and my needs were not falling under that category. But in The Provider’ mind it was. I told her it seems like she can’t help me then, and she still put this appointment in as a referral…a referral for what? To go somewhere else since she won’t help me? I’m very disappointed I have to find another option for my health needs. Since The Provider said it’s a policy, while I don’t think the policy is new I think it will be used against me going forward. Before this experience everyone was always so accommodating and helpful and made me feel cared for. But now I can’t trust I’d have that experience again.
