It was a very positive experience at the CVS Minute Clinic. I was able to schedule a same-day appointment that was convenient for me. The nurse and PA/doctor were both friendly, thorough, and helpful.
Great pre-screening and visit with the PA. Well done, great team.
Please ask nursing staff not to assume because someone is over 65 that they are retired. I am over 65 and work full time. It is a little insulting when you first arrive to be given a sheet that ask questions just because you are over a certain age. I do not like profiling and that is exactly what is being done
Got in ahead of my appointment. Nurse practitioner was friendly, efficient, knowledgeable.
Intrusive medical history collection. Provider refused to treat when I asked for confirmation that my personal medical data would not be used to train an AI model.
I was very pleased with the care I received at the clinic. I was a walk in and scheduled an appointment an hour later but was called by the nurse after 35 minutes. Treated very professional and caring. After she took my vitals I waited maybe 10 minutes before the nurse practitioner called me. Again very professional, caring and listened to my concerns. Bottom line because of the way they both treated and taken care of me, I will not hesitate to go there in the future. I will highly recommend them to family and friends.
I felt very comfortable and it was a good experience
The Provider was outstanding! She was welcoming, explained in detail What I was getting and the side effects. She did a great job taking down my past medical history and medications. In fact, my follow up vaccine I made sure I was schedule with her.

The Provider was great, was able to understand each other very well. Sometimes it’s hard to understand different people, but she was a good one. I came in with my symptoms, we did a Covid/flu/strep tests and we came out with an answer and she was very nice about it.
