I had a great experience at the CVS MinuteClinic. The doctor was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to listen to my concerns without making me feel rushed. They explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. The entire staff was friendly, and the process was quick and efficient. I truly appreciated the excellent care and would definitely return if I need medical attention in the future.

I'm not able to leave a video. We had a wild experience on this date. I mistakenly put the wrong name in for the appt. I put it in my name and not my daughter who is a minor. The doctor was extremely impatient and rude towards us and did not allow us to be seen or reschedule and be seen quickly after the reschedule for the sports physical. We found another minute clinic and went across town for that appt. Upon arrival, the doctor was not in. She walked in 10 mins after our scheduled start time and absolutely stank of thick cigarett smoke, and it filled the room we were in.

The NP provides excellent patient care. Would like however to see some time line on that monitor of how much longer one has to wait an estimate would help. Like a countdown of sorts from when you check in. Also you should make the system send you a text message when the provider is actually ready to see you incase one is in the store shopping or something . Thank you

Very professional and great service

I was treated very professionally, the provider was extremely thorough and patient, and genuinely cared about my well-being.

Made my appointment on CVS app and was able to complete the check-in questionnaire before I arrived. Did not have any appointments available at my usual CVS but able to get one at another one close by.

Great experience with the nurse practitioner at CVS. She was kind, had such a good vibe, and made me feel really comfortable. She took the time to talk with me and even walked me to the aisle to show me the meds—super helpful and genuinely nice.

Professional service, good "bedside" manner.

The Provider, NP was amazing. She was friendly, kind, and very thorough. She listed and understood my concerns. She provided me with great recommendations for my care.

I arrived 10 minutes before closing time. The Provider greeted me and said it was closing time but was happy to help me. She had trouble trying to get the computer to work but that did not deter her at all. She said we will just do everything by paperwork. We did the paperwork and then the computer came back to life. She was extremely patient and kind and wanted to address my medical issues. She truly deserves a medal for her kindness and sense of duty for her job. She is one of the best employees I have ever been in contact with.
