Easy to make an appointment and friendly and knowledgeable staff.

It felt like the providers really rushed through my care. They didn’t let me even finish my sentences before cutting me off. And they kept pushing vaccines even though I am fully vaccinated and was there for unrelated reasons. Also, the sink in the exam room was broken and the provider did not wash her hands.

had an excellent experience at the CVS MinuteClinic. The practitioner was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. She took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. I never felt rushed, and their kindness and attention to detail were greatly appreciated. It’s rare to find a healthcare provider who combines expertise with such compassion. Overall excellent service and support from the Minute Clinic and Pharmacy staff. I had to wait to be seen, but I didn't make an appointment in advance.

The medical professional was kind and knowledgeable. I was on the waitlist and she kept me up to date with a realistic estimate of the wait time (which was appreciated).

I made a 330pm appointment and was waiting until 4pm for the clinician to become available. As soon as she freed up (30min past time) another waitlist client snuck in, forcibly entering the doctor's office without any regard for patients that had appointments or had previously checked in. There was another walk-in patient who tried to sneak in at 430pm when the clinician walked out again, and fortunately we were able to advocate for ourselves and see her. It is not her fault for running behind but it is inappropriate to not have an organized system of triage. I asked the front desk, the pharmacy and other CVS workers and nobody seemed to have a solution to the 1 hour wait. I wish I hadn't made an appt and just walked in like the others forcibly did.

The nurse took me when my appointment time came, she was very efficient and thorough , even askin if I wanted blood pressure reading even though I came fr ear wax debreading . The office was clean and well kept and the nurse very professional.

Mrs The Provider, the nurse is very professional and polite. This is the third ir fourth time i use her services and she has always been very professional.
