such excellent service from beginning to end.
The nurse practitioner did a good job with answering any questions or concerns I had.
I am a tuff 10. NP was great.
The whole process was smooth, the wait to be seen was not overly long. The NP who I saw was friendly and professional and addressed all of my concerns. I am pleased that there is a full-service Minute Clinic not far from my home. It was convenient and an all-around top-notch experience.
The wait time was a little lengthy, but the nurse practitioner assessed my issue effectively and swiftly, which greatly appreciated!
Tried to get cholesterol checked, the nurse who was real nice tried 2 different machines and could not get any results, hadn’t seen that before.
The Provider was extremely helpful and thorough. She didn’t dismiss my symptoms as a previous NP at this location did. This visit was much more pleasant than a visit with different provider in December.
The Provider was very thorough and considerate
From first minute in the office, the NP was robotic. No bedside manner. Read off the sheet on computer. Tried to explain ailments and what has been a chronic condition, she wouldn’t respond just repeated next question from screen. Have been to Minute Clinic many times and this was the first non communication non human visit I have ever had. I am a 9/11 responder with chronic conditions and wanted her to know what I have and have had in the past. I felt like I was just a number and felt that she was very condescending.

I felt the doctor was a little rude at first until she realized I was actually sick and tested positive for the flu. She cut me off when I was telling her what brought me in acting like what I was saying wasn’t relevant.
