I like going to the minute clinic. No long wait..friendly staff. Able to pick up prescriptions there. Close to home.

Had an appointment at 12:20 and did not get seen until over an hour later. Then spent most of the time I was being seen going back and forth with the provider on admin questions. After I received my test results, the provider barely had any recommendations on follow up care.

Always fantastic experience. The NP there is wonderful and needs a raise!!!! 🥰😍🤩😀

I assumed a Minute Clinic would be fast. That’s specifically why I chose it. I had a simple infection and needed a prescription for an antibiotic. I waited 45 minutes to see the Dr. and spent the next 45 minutes answering personal and irrelevant questions that were already answered in the pre-check in. If I choose not to answer some questions, why am I forced to answer personal questions to a stranger that I’ll never see again? Why am I answering personal questions about depression and what I drink and smoke at a Minute Clinic? What is the purpose in this? I feel I didn’t have time to address my issue or ask any questions because I needed to leave after waiting so long and other people were 45 minutes behind their scheduled appointment too. I can’t see the value in this Minute Clinic and I certainly wouldn’t recommend it.

Scheduled appointment are scheduled too close together so the right time longer when I went for my appointment, my appointment was at 12. I wasn’t seeing till 12:20 another person behind me appointment was at 12:20 and they wasn’t seeing until almost 1pm if it is gonna be called a minute clinic wait time should be less than a normal doctors office

I had to wait 45 minutes after my appointment time. The tech in the room didn’t seem to be working correctly

My appointment was at 3:30 and I was not seen until 4:15

I gave a 4 because I felt the nurse practitioner’s professionalism and communication could have been better during the appointment.

Limited services...worked out as i obly wanted steroids as antihistamine and hydrocortizone not effectively managed bed bug bites. diagnosus was generic atopic detmititis and pruitic dermatitus
