No wait time. Provider was thorough and receptive to my recommendation for medicine I had taken previously.

The Provider has NO bedside manner and needs to learn to communicate with patients better and with respect. Would not recommend coming to him at CVS in Radford except until last resort.

I could sign up easily online for a specific time slot and I was seen within ten minutes of my apppintment time. The doctor was fast but efficient and then my RX was just called into the same store and I had it in 10 minutes!! It was a wonderful experience because I was sick and did not feel good at all to sit there very long. Thanks!!

My physician was very friendly and professional. He perform a good check up. My experience with the minute clinic was a good and would go there again. My experience with the pharmacy was very poor. Stood at the counter for about 10 minutes, while 4 employees were there and never acknowledged me until I said something. Had a seat in the waiting area, name was called for my script. The young man that was ringing me up had very poor hygiene. His hair was so oily and appeared he hadn't washed it in a week. He fingernails were the most disgusting. His fingernails were solid black underneath his nails with just nasty black dirt or whatever!!?? He was handled the scripts for all people waiting and he didn't give my both of my scripts, only one. I told him I had two...he said it doesn't show it...told me to have a seat and maybe it will come through in a minute. Waited in the chair again...no one even noticing I'm there. So again I had to get up and then asked one of the ladies there where is my other script. She said, Oh let me check....Oh we missed it...have a seat will be ready in a minute. Needless to say I was the only one in the area waiting on a script...so it wasn't like they were busy and couldn't acknowledge their customers. Waiting I could just deal with....but the nasty hair and fingernails were over the top. I can't believe that everyone working there could not notice this young mans poor appearance.

The doctor was really good to me and is knowledgeable. It saves me time to run to CVS and get the treatment I need.

My visit was easy to schedule and Nurse Practitioner, The Provider, took the time to explain to me my diagnosis and what to expect as my body heals and what to do if my symptoms were to worsen.

I had an appointment at 3:20 pm but didn't get called back until 3:40 pm. When I made my appointment, I had to do precheck-in on line. I had to upload photos of my insurance cards. However, we I finally saw the technician, he asked for my insurance cards and spent 5-10 minutes entering information on line. What was the point of me having to take photos of my cards and upload? The CVS MinuteClinic is located right next to the pharmacy. For various immunizations, like Shingles, RSV, etc., the pharmacy uses a customer's pharmaceutical insurance. This pays for the immunizations. The CVS MinuteClinic only uses the health insurance such as Medicare, Humana, etc. I won't use this clinic for shots in the future.

The practitioner was not nice at all. He was rude and cold. He was not helpful. He diagnosed me by guessing what could be the cause of my issue, and prescribed a textbook antibiotic and cream. I was very taken aback by his manner and would not go back or recommend anyone else go. Places like this are usually difficult to feel comfortable to begin with. I am a very easy person to get along with, despite my issue. I expect to be treated with kindness and that's not what I received.
