The Provider was a caring, thoughtful provider. I would absolutely see her again!
I'm a physician and the patient care and knowledge was poor and not at all accurate!
The NP that helped me was extremely knowledgeable and very kind. She is a great asset to CVS.
The nurse practitioner was very courteous and very professional. She explained the RSV and Pneumococcal vaccine to me what the side effects were. I was able to get my vaccinations. The only side effects I’ve had were the usual mild sore arm where my shots were given. Thank you!
It was quick and easy to schedule - wait time was minimum. Staff was professional.
Did not provide the service requested. Needed a TB blood test. Called the CVS store to confirm the Minute Clinic could provide a TB blood test (WHICH THEY DID CONFIRM). This was done, as the Minute Clinic website does not distinguish between the TB blood test vs. skin test. We make appointments. Arrive and the nurse says they don't offer TB blood tests. Total waste of time.
The staff were very courteous and helpful. The entire process was very smooth.

The np was aggressively trying to get me to get flu and covid shots. I respectfully told her no each time. She did not like that I guess.
