The light gray color provides a discreet fit. Simply peel the strip from the adhesive, then place the elasticized cup end of the guard to the back of a pair of our close-fitting underwear to help secure it in place. Press it into your underwear with the adhesive strip down so it sticks, then pull your underwear into place and adjust it until it fits comfortably. Directions for Use: Remove the peel strip from adhesive. Position the elasticized cup end of the guard to the back of a pair of close-fitting underwear. The front end of the guard should be even with the front waistband. Press guard into underwear, adhesive side down. Pull underwear into place and adjust guard so that it cups the testicles. Change as often as you feel comfortable.
