Start with a flaccid or semi-erect penis. Stretch the ring and carefully slide over the penis (and/or testicles) positioning at the base. Using a water-based lubricant can make application easier. Press button to activate vibration. To remove, gently stretch ring and slide off. Do not wear for more than 30 minutes at a time. Clean before and after each use with warm water and mild soap or toy cleaner.
