I went one day husband three days later so why was a copay collected when you all partner with insurance scandalous
The Provider was wonderful!!!
Just very knowledgeable and very easy to make appts.
My visit was very good. I made an appointment and was greeted and taken in on time. NP reviewed my history online and commented on or questioned further for missing details. She checked all my vitals, summarized the information and mentioned this would be in my printed visit summary. She prescribed 2 prescriptions and explained the dosage and how to take them. I was very pleased with this interaction and would use this service again.
The lady was kind of confrontational. She came out and looked at the people waiting and gave a five minute speech on why she couldn’t see us today. ( I had an appt and I had to wait 1 hr beyond it) then when I went in, she gave me a sheet that had an old price crossed out with a new(more expensive) price written in. Poor taste here, just print some new sheets. Then she wanted my payment card sitting on the machine even though I didn’t have to pay until after. Rude, not sure if she was stealing info or thinking I wasn’t going to pay.
Physician Assitant completely misdiagnosed my case and arrived at a conclusion without considering all the symptoms.
She did not listen to my concerns. Very short. Not compassionate at all.
Polite, listened to me and answered my questions. Will definitely be back if the need arises
