I had a 4:40 pm appointment. We arrived an hour early, that part of the wait was not your fault. However, the nurse passed by me in the waiting area several times, telling me it would not be long or that she would be with me soon, Right at my appointment time she took in a patient who took about 1/2 hour, then came out & told me she was taking a “very quick” walk in patient ahead of me. It was well after 6 pm before we got home because after telling me 3 times that she was sending my Rx to the pharmacy, she sent it to OHIO. Which is 1600 miles from Arizona. The pharmacy team would not contact her to fix it, so we had to wait while they dealt with Ohio. The entire experience was inexcusable.
Efficient and easy to have a TB test.
The nurses were exelent. They were very respectful, helpful, and explained everything very clear to me. Thank you!!!
I waited 30 minutes past my appointment time with the complaint of a lingering cough. The nurse did listen to my chest but completely wasted my time asking me about my nutrition and lecturing me on eating vegetables. It was irreverent and condescending.
It was easy to make an appointment. The practitioners were kind and helpful.

My appointment was at 9. I was seen at 9. Nurse was very nice, and I was out of there by 9:15. Scheduling on line was super easy and helpful.
