Neat Orderly Organized and Competent Personable Staffing

I’m shocked, I went in for a blister looking spot on my foot, gave all my symptoms & was sent home with a prescription for an antibiotic & asked if I wanted to get a pneumonia and shingles vaccine, I foolishly did. It’s not any better so I got in with my primary, guess what that spot is…..Shingles. My np took one look ands knew, your np guessed & guessed wrong. I’d like my copay refunded immediately. I’m in excruciating pain that had I been diagnosed correctly the day of my appointment, I would have been able to start the right treatment & be in a better place than I am! This is twice I have been completely misdiagnosed by minute clinic, the last time landed me in the hospital for three days with DKA & Thyroid Storm & I actually almost died, my heart rate was extremely elevated and my blood pressure through the roof but she sent me in my way. The next day with a heart rate of 180 I was admitted to the hospital. Providerer

I’ve visited this location twice and haven’t had the same level of care or experience that I’ve received at other locations. During my most recent visit, I felt rushed and frequently interrupted. The nurse practitioner even confused me with another patient who had an entirely different reason for their visit, which made it clear they were more focused on moving me through quickly possibly to accommodate a walk-in, rather than addressing the concern I scheduled my appointment for. I’ll be exploring other locations or urgent cares in the future.
