Friendly nurse, seemed caring and a good listener.
The process was fast, easy and efficient
There was a walk in option and a join the waitlist option. I joined the waitlist, did the pre check-in requirements and arrived at the cvs to wait. After waiting about 10 minutes with only one other person in the waiting area the only medical provider working that day arrived and started taking the appointment holders. She asked who I was and told me she was the only person working that day and I should make an appointment because I would only get in if someone didn’t show for their appt. And I was way down on the waitlist. In my opinion the waitlist and walk in option should never have been offered. It clearly wasn’t available when I arrived. I made an appointment and came later. My appointment went great but not feeling good and having to get out of the house was really frustrating. Please don’t offer something that is clearly not an option.
The practitioner I saw was very attentive and went to great lengths to help me feel better. She was understanding, caring and friendly. I was very pleased with the healthcare I received.
The nurse was very accommodating. It was close to closing time, but she took the time to administer a TB test to my sister. We were very grateful as we needed to get this done so she could enter a senior community.
Quickly seen and nurse practitioner really cared
While waiting for my appointment, the very loud doorbell rang constantly and was very annoying, I can't imagine it needed to be that loud.
I was very impressed with how quick and knowledgeable my doctor was for my visit!
The lab tech was very friendly and helpful in checking us in and explaining injection procedures
