This survey was sent before I have seen the provider. My experience is awful. This is not the first time. I will never recommend CVS to anyone
Quick, easy and professional
Easy to schedule, arrive, be seen quickly for acute issue.
The nurse/medical professional was extraordinarily rude. From the start she was huffing, puffing, and seemed bothered that I was there. I described my symptoms and she said, “I can’t help you beyond testing you for X or Y. So you need to pick.” Again I asked if she could at least examine me and give me her advice on the best route, and she emphasized, “if you want care like that, you need to go to a PCP. So, which test am I running? You need to decide now.” I was still charged even though no services were done. I’m going a larger complaint with her manager and MinuteClinic as a whole.
I had a TB test placed Wednesday- it needs to be read 48-72 hours after placement. The morning of my appointment I got a text my appointment was cancelled and minute clinic was closed. So I had to drive over an hour to have the test read so I didn’t have to have the PPD placed again.
Because you were charging 80+ dollars for a physical when we can go to any other retailer and it is $15-$25. You are literally taking full of advantage of your customers that are faithful to your clinic.
Clean, nurse was friendly, patient and very helpful. We went on a holiday and she was there doing a great job.
The Provider was very helpful in getting the tests done. She was through, gave all information without waiting to be asked and very patient and friendly. My teen son and I had a very positive experience.
