Always easy to schedule an appointment and most times even available the same day. NP's always friendly and helpful.
we drove very far to get service for my mother who is 97s ear wax removal she told us she couldn't do the ear wax removal because we didn't use any ear wax softener. No one told us we had to use it before coming. She said that's not her responsibility. I asked whos was it. She couldnt answer that. We wasted an hour and a half of our morning for nothing. Drove out of our way to have this service done for her to tell us she couldn't do it and to come back. We will not come back. Why didn't someone tell us we had to give my mother a softener before she came?! How the heck would we know to do this? Horrible service we didn't like the technician either.
The person's taking care of me couldn't have been more pleasant and caring.
We waited an hour after our appointment time to actually be seen.

I was able to get an appointment within 90 minutes. The team was very efficient with a pre check-in with associate who took basic info and vitals and getting my case ready prior to me being seen by nurse. Loved it!
Easy to schedule, excellent staff
