I liked the Nurse Practitioner. The Provider was very pleasant and knowledgeable.
We got repeated messages over a two week period about our appointment on N Oracle Road on Sunday May 31. We got there and found it had been closed for two weeks with no plan to reopen. We went to make a different appointment and were again offered one at the Oracle location. We finally went to the one on Tanque Verde. We drove 44 miles that day thanks to CVS. We will not return
I believe that my eardrum was ruptured during the cleaning. I know that can happen but feel a stronger recommendation to see a specialist was warranted. I will follow up elsewhere.
Very good experience and my results were perfect.
The medical practitioner is very professional and competent and solved my issue with patience and understanding.
The nurse and the NP were both absolutely amazing, the whole process was amazing. The nurse and LPN were both so kind listened effective and quick. I will definitely be using this service in the future
Your computer registration system is terrible in terms of ability to accurately enter information, having better/more chooses for documenting the problem, e.g., what option do you choose for a Splinter removal?. Separately, if we are ALREADT a Current CVS client why do we have to (re-) enter all the data?!?!
