I gave a 8 because we initially made an appointment when we arrived and it was set for 10:20 but didn’t get seen until almost 12. It would be a better experience if we understood the waiting time and why people were called out of queue.
waited over an hour to be seen for my appointment. then took another 30 minutes to get the medication.
I had an appointment at 12:30. I wasn’t seen until 1:15. The doctor had to miss lunch to see me. Odd experience, understaffed and no time for walk ins
Though I had made an appointment, I still ended up waiting for 30 minutes past my appointment time. Then the computer was slow and glitchy so the nurse was forced to reinput the information numerous times. She was friendly and professional (definitely the highlight of my visit).
