Good care but no followup inquiry from provider
Appointment time was kept, nurse who took me in to ask questions was thorough, very pleasant, easy to engage with and kind. Dr was also prompt, asked appropriate questions, did thorough exam for my issue and also was very pleasant and provided relief with a prescription.
The minute clinic is a god send. I have had three opportunities to visit the clinic and have been received with friendly, competent, knowledgeable treatment which put me at ease and took away the fear of medical services.
I didn’t care much for the nurse that assisted me. She talked to me in a condescending way and made me feel like she was speaking to a 5 year old. I also got the impression that she really didn’t want to help me and that I was bothering her. In the end, my issue was resolved but I will not go back again.
Great experience
The nurse practitioner (the Provider) was amazing. She taught me more about the flu, symptoms, medication and self care in 30 minutes than I learned in my life.
The dr was great, she was thorough and was in and out in 20 min
The practitioner who treated me was outstanding! Very attentive, calming and did not rush me through the visit.
I went in very sick for the past few weeks, and the caregiver listened to me, explained what was going on, and helped me to get on the mend.

I have to say, I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the areas. The floors were not clean and the tables while waiting were a little dusty and not cleaned as well. I have to say for a medical environment, it was not up to standard and did not feel clean. However, the appointment went well and they were very nice and helpful.
