I was nicely received as a patient and they acted professionally.
APRN was very knowledgeable, kind, and thorough.
10/10 staff, 0/10 scheduling system. I am still a net promoter, but the scheduling system seemed to have some issues that overbooked/double-booked the staff, caused my appointment to be unexpectedly delayed for nearly 1.5 hours. It's also possible that the scheduling system fails to account for how long certain procedures take. I booked a 10AM appointment and was seen at 11:20AM.
It was a good experience with a caring practitioner who gave me very good attention.

Love how EASY it is. It’s not always possible to get to your “regular” doctor when something happens. Minute clinic can usually fit you in somewhere (I’m lucky there are two MCs somewhat close by), they have evening and weekend appointments, AND virtual care ! Everything goes into my chart plus so communication is smooth, and you’re in and out quickly. THANK YOU !!

The experience was a good one. It was easy to schedule an appointment, I was greeted by a friendly employee and the ARPN was wonderful!
The nurse was very thorough and made a good decision about me going to the emergency at the hospital which I did. Got some good results at the hospital.
