The nurse practitioner that my daughter had her appointment with was very kind and knowledgeable.
I felt that my provider was professional, thoughtful, intelligent, and caring.

I was very happy and satisfied with my visit to CVS mini clinic. I had very bad uncomfortable few days with a ear problem. I booked an appt at CVS clinic and it was the best thing, I did, the Personal what very kind, the Nurse Practitioner was excellent, explained in detail how the procedure was going to be. I have went to Minute Clinic twice and received no treatment or assistance. Both times I was referred to the ER. This past time they even went as far to collect my urine and then refused to send off my lab work for analysis. I don’t like the fact that my DNA samples were collected and not sent for analysis like they should have been. I went in for a service that is advertised to be one of the services provided by Minute Clinic but was refused care. I will never go back and waste my money again. I want to file a complaint with my insurance because I was not treated.
