There’s no personal care every time I’ve gone it seems like I’m a bother or like they almost look for a reason to not take the appointment. I’ve gone to cvs in dallas and it was just way more personal she didn’t ask me to clarify the test I wanted etc. normally when I get std screening it’s automatic to do a swab? I feel like I’m begging for simple things. I’ve had to leave because of wanting to get test done like labs and they said they don’t do that when I’ve been coming to minute clinic for a while. I wasn’t partially as welcoming as I could have been because imagine the frustration like you should want to do as much testing if someone comes in for things like my insurance is on file. I felt way more welcomed in dallas than I do at this location in Miami however this is the closest option for me. Also when the normal rn isn’t there they don’t seem to know where anything Is

The minute clinic I went to (tick bite) was in Florida, and therefore not my regular CVS in Rhode Island. I was able to be seen fairly quickly, for a walk-in, and was evaluated by an MD who also prescribed medication. Since I was new to the area, and since I was apprehensive about the big bullseye rash from the tick, I was highly satisfied.

Timely + professional response, not accurate diagnosis, went to urgent care following day when not feeling better.

The Provider was exactly the sort of health care professional one looks for in any health crisis or confusion. He explains things well, takes time to run a professional office, talks openly if patients overlap or there is timing confusion so people understand the wait or ability to return. On vacation, he was the first time I have used someone who is not my primary care physician because I wanted to talk to someone in person.

I am so happy I found this minic clinic,the nurse practitioner was able to diagnose my niche skin condition right away and she had great bed side manner.
