The practitioner at the clinic was very nice and helpful. She had so much to keep track of by herself in that office and was still fully attentive to my issue.
The check in process was easy, and the staff very friendly. I didn’t know how much the consultation would cost until it was tine to pay, and I think that should be changed. But otherwise a nice experience.
I’ve never considered Minute Clinic before but my appointment was so smooth and seamless that I will definitely consider Minute Clinic for other future needs besides a wellness check for insurance credits from my employer.
Provider was very helpful. Gave great information and was on my way and was much better soon.
Because the person that took care of me was a very nice person and went in details about everything she was doing.
The practitioner who saw me was very patient with all my concerns and tested me for anything she felt was suspicious. I have been attended by her before and I appreciate her kindness as well as her diligence in attending her patients.
Friendly staff, and the ease of doing business through the CVS app.
Appointment was easy to book; nurse practitioner was lovely.
I felt my experience was very good! It was quick and painless.

I had an account with CVS prior to my visit to MinuteClinic where I had my insurance card registered. When I completed the check in for my appointment I also uploaded my insurance card information. So I am trying to understand how with all these, after I paid the $25 for the visit I was charged a few days later $135 dollars to the credit card I had on file. I call customer service and the lady tells me that it was because there was no insurance on file and this doesn’t make any sense because I know I uploaded my information. She tells me I have two options to procede, let them file the claim with my insurance (which she tells me can take up to two months to receive my money) or they can send me the itemized receipt so I can file the claim myself. I decided to do it myself but I noticed that the itemized receipt that I was given didn’t have everything that my insurance required. I call back to see if they could give me a document that complied with all this but the customer service person basically told me that there was no other document I could get for that purposes. I am just trying to understand how can you make an error and still I have to wait such a long time to get my money back and go in circles trying to solve it.
