I am extremely disappointed with our experience at minute clinic. We scheduled an appointment in advance, yet when we arrived, the provider was running more than an hour behind schedule and no one communicated this to us. To make matters more frustrating, walk-in patients appeared to be seen before patients who had scheduled appointments. While we were waiting, my son's name appeared on the monitor, but another patient was taken instead. We were told that patient would be "quicker." This was confusing, especially since the NP had not yet seen my son and did not know the reason for our visit. I do not understand how it was determined that another patient should be prioritized ahead of him. The most concerning issue occurred after the appointment. We were told that my son did not need any prescriptions. However, after finally getting home—more than two hours after our original appointment time—I received a text notification stating that prescriptions were ready for pickup. This raises serious concerns about communication and whether there was a clear understanding of my son's care plan. I would appreciate an explanation regarding why appointments were not being honored in order, why the delay was not communicated, and why prescriptions were sent after we were specifically told that none were needed. This experience was frustrating, confusing, and did not inspire confidence in the care being provided.
Medical professional was very knowledgeable and the process was quick.

The nurse practitioner said I had wax in the ear but told me I could go buy a product in the drugstore to take care of it
The NP onsite was not able to help. But still charged me $160. I feel that she could have looked and determined that it was not something she could do. Or at least just charge me a visit call instead of full price for something she was unable to do. The only positive was that I was seen right on schedule.

The NP was very attentive and professional. I felt she knew exactly what needed to address my condition.
The Provider (NP) was terrific. Not rushed. I felt like she really listened. And surprise! I ended up with an ear infection in both ears the day before I had to get on a plane. She was great at helping me map out a plan that kept me comfortable with the pressure changes.
