The NP had to remove wax from Both of my childrens ears. We have this done often at the Pediatrician and its fine and easy. She was so aggressive removing it they both were hystarical and Had ear pain the rest of the day. Happy with diagnosis but not sure my kids will come back
Everyone was nice and engaging. We ran a strep test and we were able to get my daughter the medicine she needed to feel better.
Wonderful staff
The clinic has convenient hours and the walk in feature makes the clinic very attractive.
I don’t believe the NP that saw me is competent based on her description of the data she used to make a treatment decision

Quick helpful service
Nurse practitioner was extremely cordial, quick to listen, and very helpful. In and out but never rushed.
She did not listen to me and help me. She wasted my time and I had to go somewhere else to get treated properly and get what I needed. Extremely frustrated! She needs to listen to patient better!
